DESCRIPTION:Format: VirtualPresenter: Emily NormanCHCs: 1Cost: $0Description:Participants will gain knowledge on field trip and transportation safety within a child care setting. Topics include planning ahead\, safety during the trip\, and how to follow up after the visit. Required DCDEE documentation will be explained and shared. \nThis training meets the criteria of a Health and Safety Training Topic. Child Care Rules require health and safety trainings to be completed once every 5 years. Smart Start of Yadkin County offered the initial Health and Safety Trainings back in 2017. We are starting a new rotation so that all 11 trainings will be offered again within the 5-year time frame.
