Medication in Child Care (Administration of Medication, with Standards for Parental Consent)

Participants will learn medication best practices in early care and education including receiving, documenting, storage, and disposal. They will learn about NC Child Care regulations, types of medication, and the forms that are required to be completed before giving medication. They will also learn how to recognize, respond to, and report a medication error.

• A Training Registration Form is required for all participants Individual Form / Group Form
• All trainings have a $5 non-refundable fee, except for CPR/First Aid. CPR/First Aid is $45. There is not an additional $5 fee.

• There is no fee for virtual trainings but we must have an email address for you to participate
• Your training registration form and fee must be received by the partnership 3 days prior to the training.
